Minnie Mouse Shopping Habit!
It's a beautiful day in Orlando, Florida in Disney World where
Mickey and Minnie Mouse lives. Mickey and Minnie are very close friends and
does a lot of things together. Mickey decides that he wants to have a dinner
party with all of his Disney friends to celebrate best friend’s day. Minnie is
charge of the party but, she gets a little upset about things that started to
happening during the planning time, and figured out that she has compulsive
buying disorder. WHOA! That’s a big word, you may be wondering. Compulsive
buying disorder means that you shop over and over until you make yourself feel
happy. When Minnie mouse is feeling down or sad she shops a lot to get away
from anger and loneliness.

Why is Minnie doing this? Remember
what compulsive buying disorder means? Sometimes, if you're mad at someone or
something you may want to buy a lot of candy or toys to make you feel better. But,
when Minnie Mouse shops she doesn't notice that when she buys a bunch of things
she's spending all of her money and will have none left. When mice
like Minnie have compulsive buying disorder they begin to spend all of their
money until they have no more. Minnie has seven credit cards, credit
cards are cards with money on it and you can buy things with it instead of using cash. When you use a
credit card you have to pay bills on it which is money you have to pay back to people who are in charge of credit cards. If Minnie spends all of her money, how will she pay continue with the dinner party? This is a big problem.
The next day Mickey and his dog Pluto stopped by Minnie and Daisy's cupcake shop and yelled "Hey ya guys, are you guys ready for the dinner party”? “Yep." replied Minnie. “Wait...I need to buy balloons!” Minnie soon realized she didn't have any more money so she began crying. Mickey wondered and asked her why. “I spent all of my money and the money on my credit cards. I have nothing left and It’s all my fault". Mickey and Daisy were confused and angry. Mickey was really angry, because he was depending on Minnie for the dinner party. Compulsive buying disorder can get in the way of working on important task and doing fun things with your friends. Compulsive buying disorder can also mess up your relationships between the people you love and care for like your family and close friends. Mickey felt really hurt because of Minnie's shopping behavior and the dinner party.
